Analyze and process owner change orders, back charges, award analysis in Procore/Sage 300. Analyze and import commitments and subcontract change orders from Procore into Sage 300.
File/scan all project related documentation into Procore and the network drive, as needed.
Train project managers on how to read and use Procore and Sage 300 job cost reports, train on the usage of Procore system and preparation of accounting forms.
Assist with the setup of Procore Pay and Procore Compliance
Enter and analyze monthly owner requisitions (accounts receivable, retainage receivable and contract revenue) into Sage 300/Procore
Prepare & distribute all monthly job cost reports to the Project Managers, Project Executives and Contract Executives.
Analyze monthly Procore cost forecasts reports
Prepare and enter monthly billings to various Joint Venture partners
Enter job-related and miscellaneous cash receipts into Sage 300/Procore
Analyze and process the Procore subcontractor invoicing
Assist in the annual audit of The Grunley Companies with the independent auditors.
Prepare direct cost entries, as needed, into Sage 300.
Prepare the close out package for all completed jobs

Experience working in the construction industry in accounting, including knowledge of construction accounting principles.
