The coordinator will support document development, strategic planning, and policy implementation for chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear detection operations, identify training requirements, create training documentation systems, and administer property management including fleet and equipment inventory across the United States.
Additional responsibilities include informing the development of operational support products (CONOPs, SOPs, job aids, brochures, handbooks) and identifying training and exercise requirements that promote a systems view of CBRN detection programs.
Parsons is seeking a highly talented MDDU CBRN Operations Administration and Logistics Coordinator to support the MDDP CBRN program. The role involves tailoring products and services to local constraints, developing and supporting deployment plans, interfacing with DHS toolsets such as ArcGIS and HSIN, and managing tasking systems, operational requests, and deployment data.
The position requires an active Secret security clearance (or higher) and the ability to obtain DHS Suitability. Candidates must have 10 years of experience in radiological and nuclear detection and training, experience with special event operations, and proficiency with a range of detection equipment and software tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for daily situation reports, after‑action reports, and monthly reporting, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Office, A/V equipment, and radiation worker training. Travel of up to 20 % of the month within the contiguous United States and territories may be required, including back‑to‑back trips exceeding a week.
