You’ll support the build, assembly, and production of electric propulsion systems, mechanical subassemblies, and prototype components. Working alongside experienced technicians and engineers, you’ll gain first-hand experience in manufacturing and testing high-performance systems for EV and eVTOL platforms.
- Follow work instructions, build sheets, and engineering drawings accurately
- Work collaboratively with engineers and senior technicians to meet build deadlines
- Assist in assembling, fitting, and preparing parts for testing and validation
- Support daily production and build activities for electric propulsion systems and components
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safety-focused workspace
- Conduct basic inspection and quality checks on finished components
- Use hand tools and basic workshop equipment to perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks
- Support ongoing process improvement and prototype build development

- British Citizenship is essential
- Confident using basic hand tools and workshop equipment
- 1+ year experience in a hands-on workshop, manufacturing, or production environment - or completion of a relevant apprenticeship / college course (automotive, mechanical, or electrical preferred)
