Lead all daily field operations to ensure proper site safety, construction, progress, quality control and a clean site.
Develop comprehensive understanding of project strategy and commitments including financial goals, scheduling, logistics, phasing, milestones, inspections.
Always promotes positive relationships by dealing expertly and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors while instilling this philosophy in the project team.
Demonstrate and maintain effective and open dialogue with the project team regarding changes in work, job conditions, subcontractor relations and any deviation in the direction of the project.

National Travel is required for this position though the majority of travel will be in the Southeast (GA, FL, NC, SC etc.)
A must is a candidate with experience in hospitality projects including hotel, restaurant, luxury & specialty retail.
10+ years experience both in union and non-union environments.
Project experience should include out of the ground complex renovation work in occupied and unoccupied environments, urban and suburban work locations, and a complete understanding of high-level finishes.
Experience mentoring superintendents
Experience building multifamily or hospitality projects $15M+.
Experience in supporting a rapidly growing organization around the complexities of executing work in the national arena.
Ability to help manage multiple superintendents and trades on one site
