  • Assist with yearly regulatory reporting and rate cases
  • Work with various departments within Finance and throughout the company to gather data for the month end close to validate completeness and accuracy of Financial Statements
  • Serve as monthly accounting close lead for all of Finance and others that contribute to the close
  • Support the cash application process
  • Identify, design, and implement other process improvements
  • Collaborate with information technology team to troubleshoot system issues and to maximize use of information systems
  • Participate in testing, training, and implementation of system enhancements, new functionality, and upgrades/releases
  • Manage system users, access, and master data
  • Communicate system outages, changes, and upgrades with users
  • Serve as a System Admin for Blackline and Smart Close software
  • Provide data requests to internal and external audit
  • Prepare and approve journal entries and account reconciliations

  • 2 Years’ Experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Ability to work well independently and as a member of a multi-locational team
  • Comfortable providing analysis and presenting to various members of Management
  • Attention to detail, a strong initiative, and a results-orientation are critical
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changes in assignments and to learn and grasp new concepts quickly
  • SAP, Blackline, or Alteryx Experience is a plus
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel is essential
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems or related discipline is required (December 2025 graduates will be considered)
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills
