- Efficiently scheduling Test / Inspections/ Repairs etc with the client and engineers across the UK via email and telephone, ensuring the relevant IT systems are updated and correct
- Ensuring plant and materials are sourced (where required) and ordered correctly to facilitate our test, repair and installation of height safety equipment
- Assisting engineers with site-based queries alongside communicating with other internal and external stakeholders to accommodate changes or unforeseen issues
- Liaise with internal teams and external contractors to ensure timely execution of planned activities, whilst maintaining accurate scheduling records
- Be part of a team that plays a vital role in ensuring safety and compliance across our operations
