BIM Manager

As BIM Manager, you will play a key role in advancing BIM technology adoption and application. You will oversee BIM project implementation, ensure smooth coordination among project participants and digital tools, and enhance project outcomes. Your expertise will boost productivity and streamline delivery processes. You will also work with clients, the design team, and the project controls manager to develop delivery strategies

• Serve as the project interface, supporting each team by managing and creating content library files and templates, establishing and enforcing standards, and evaluating project models.
• Provide mentoring and leadership to all BIM staff.
• Keep up to date with all BIM technologies and performance enhancing software, conferences, seminars, and workshops for BIM.
• Management and provision of training and continuing education as required to staff on all BIM software, processes, and new technologies.
• Management, implementation, and upkeep of all BIM standards
• Develop and put into effect the BIM protocols and BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for each project aligned with office standards.
• Offer technical support, mentorship, training and onboarding sessions.
• Support the BIM team in implementing BIM processes in projects and at strategic level.

• In-depth knowledge of Revit – essential requirement.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management
• Strong communication skills, as you will be likely working across studios.
• In-depth knowledge of BIM methodologies, processes, and industry standards (e.g., ISO 19650, COBie, IFC, etc.)
• Experience in developing and implementing BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.· Proficiency in BIM software platforms such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and ACC, as well as familiarity with other relevant tools and technologies.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in BIM implementation and management
