The role leads Grosvenor Property UK’s community engagement and community insights, delivering the People Positive Engagement Charter and maximizing both commercial and social outcomes. It sits within the Sustainability team’s Social Impact function and includes direct responsibility for one Community Engagement Manager.
The postholder provides expert advice to senior leaders on local political and stakeholder matters, shaping engagement strategies, sharing intelligence, and proactively managing community and political risks.
They oversee day‑to‑day stakeholder engagement across the London Estate, own community programmes for priority projects such as the Grosvenor Square reopening, and lead the annual community survey and project consultations, ensuring robust methodology and actionable insights.
The role drives social impact by conducting 2027 community wellbeing research, developing Wellbeing Action Plans, and managing the People Positive Fund in partnership with the London Community Foundation, while championing the People Positive Charter across the business.
Additional responsibilities include line‑managing a Community Engagement Manager, supporting employee volunteering and charity partnerships, and working in a hybrid, flexible environment that offers adjustments for candidates with disabilities.
