Oversee end-to-end execution of the short-term incentives, annual performance cycle and recognition plans, partnering with local HR teams and HR Services for effective administration.
Act as the HRIS process owner for dedicated responsibility area.
Lead the design, development, and governance of short-term incentive plans, performance and recognition plans.
Ensure alignment of incentive plans, performance philosophy and recognition with business goals, HR strategy, and total rewards philosophy.
Provide expert consultation and guidance to HR and business leaders on matters related to the responsibility area.
Provide input to global performance and reward strategy.
Drive continuous improvement of the design and administration of the incentive plans. Benchmark and evolve incentive programs to reflect market best practices, changing workforce expectations and performance philosophies. Investigate opportunities for automation and simplification.
