Serve as the main design point of contact with shareholders and consultants on select projects.
Regular Team Building Activities
Work with external consultants, product representatives, furniture wholesalers, contractors, fabricators and other vendors to meet overall project objectives.
Collaborate on interior design assignments that include programming, project strategy, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, consultant coordination, construction administration
Routinely directs and mentors one or more intern designers.
Generate finish plans, specifications and material selections.
Coordinate with senior team members and project managers on delivery of project milestones.
Work in a team environment and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on varying project types.
Assist in managing project expectations, team communication and consultant coordination.
Produce graphic presentations for shareholder presentations.

Close attention to detail and technical abilities.
Strong knowledge of the design process, including FF+E, furniture selection and specifications, color and materials.
A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
Capable with minimal supervision in the selection and presentation of color palettes, lighting, and furniture specifications.
2-3 years of experience as a Designer.
Working towards NCIDQ, CID and LEED accreditation.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited school
Strong Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
Basic residential code knowledge to enable code compliant space planning.
Outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas.
Proficient in Sketch-Up, Enscape, AutoCAD. Working knowledge of Revit.
