- Collaborate with a multi-disciplined team to advance projects from concept to on-stream production.
- Monitor and optimize reservoir performance and recovery strategies for Canadian Natural assets.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor well and formation integrity programs.
- Evaluate, recommend, plan, and execute well completions.
- Provide regular project updates and technical evaluation reports to senior management.

- Bachelor of Science in Chemical, Mechanical, Energy or Petroleum Engineering (preferred).
- 4 to 15 years of engineering experience with APEGA registration as a P.Eng.
- Demonstrated problem-solving, communication, organization and leadership skills.
- Experience operating thermal pads or in conventional petroleum fields (asset).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and enthusiasm for data analytics/visualization; experience with Excel VBA, Tableau, Power BI, Python is a plus.
- Knowledge of drilling, completions, facilities engineering, artificial lift systems, subsurface wellbore/liner design, thermodynamics and fluid dynamics (asset).
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
