Lead and coordinate system integration activities across all project disciplines (signaling, rolling stock, telecom, power supply, track, civil, MEP, etc.) to ensure seamless interfacing.
Develop and manage interface management plans, processes, and schedules to identify, track, and resolve interface issues between different packages, systems, and contractors.
Facilitate regular technical meetings between stakeholders, designers, and contractors to address interface requirements and resolve conflicts.
Monitor progress and status of all interface-related activities, reporting risks, issues, and resolutions to senior management and the client.
Support system integration testing and commissioning by coordinating interface verification, validation, and troubleshooting across involved teams.
Review and approve interface documentation, specifications, and interface control documents to ensure technical consistency and compliance.
