Building Maintenance: Maintain the operation of building equipment within design capabilities to achieve proper environmental conditions, optimize performance, and minimize operating costs. Adhere to the preventive maintenance schedule. Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair all electrical and plumbing systems, basic HVAC equipment issues, and perform basic carpentry and mechanical repairs.
Building Operations: Ensure a thorough understanding of all assigned properties, including building operations, preventative maintenance schedules, energy management systems, and equipment status. Maintain each property's professional appearance in all areas.
Work Order Management: Manage work and provide status updates through the computerized work order system. Collaborate with the Property Manager and/or Supervisor to resolve problems delaying the completion of work orders.
