Oversee office organization, supply inventory, and vendor relationships
Schedule and maintain conference rooms and basic IT setup
Coordinate catering or food delivery for meetings
Help plan company events including the annual holiday party and quarterly meetings
Maintain and coordinate monthly employee social activities
Provide administrative support to the CEO (filing, correspondence)
Support satellite office needs and conduct occasional local errands
Assist HR and Finance with filing, basic reporting, and administrative tasks
Manage office equipment check-in/out process
Handle all incoming/outgoing mail and shipping
Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and facility service needs
Greet visitors and manage all incoming calls with professionalism

Quarterly travel to satellite office in Boston
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Organized & Detail-Oriented: Able to manage multiple tasks while staying on top of details
Engaged in Company Culture: Enjoys participating in team activities and helping foster a positive workplace
Facilities experience a plus
Strong Communicator: Effective both verbally and in writing, and comfortable having thoughtful, sometimes challenging conversations when needed
Able and have the desire to work in the office 40 hours per week
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
2+ years of relevant administrative or office management experience
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous office work experience
