Participate in ongoing product improvement by acting as the Voice of the Customer for Licensing and Subscription related issues
Serves as the Tier 2 Point of Contact for all Licensing and Subscription issues reported through existing Support channels
Provide clear step-by-step guidance to ensure issue resolution in a timely manner
Communicate with Dealers and Distribution Partners via Phone, Email, or Chat
Work in multiple licensing systems and provided tools in order to solve issues

Foundational knowledge of software products, preferably within the construction, civil, or geospatial industries is a plus
Experience collaborating with internal engineering and product teams to manage and resolve technical escalations.
Proven ability to learn and troubleshoot software, with a strong interest in software licensing and subscription models.
Experience with Oracle, Virtual Warehouse and Next Virtual Warehouse, EPP, EMS, License Manager, LDK-EMS, HASP Programmer
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate multiple internal systems and tools to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
A customer-focused mindset and the ability to navigate challenging conversations professionally.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide clear, step-by-step guidance to customers and dealers.
Basic understanding of computer networking concepts (TCP/IP Ports and Port Protocol).
