In this high‑impact engineering role you will use advanced simulation, data analytics, and machine learning to drive innovation, reliability, and performance in real‑world applications. You will collaborate closely with design, testing, and product support teams to enhance product durability and availability. - Build and deploy machine learning models to estimate loads, strains, and damage/life predictions using scikit-learn.
- Create dashboards and visualizations in Power BI or Tableau to explore large datasets and identify root causes of structural issues.
- Automate data processing and analysis workflows for high‑frequency telematics data with version control (Python, Git, Azure DevOps, VS Code).
- Manage large‑scale SQL databases (Snowflake, MySQL, SQLite) storing billions of rows of summarized asset data.
- Build and validate simulation models using HyperMesh, NX, and Nastran.
- Perform durability and fracture mechanics analysis for new product introduction and current product improvement.

The salary range for this position is $97,530.00 – $146,290.00, with total compensation varying by factors such as job level, location, knowledge, skills, performance, and experience.
