Description

• Serve as primary TA/L&D analyst for the Talent and Culture Department.
• Configure and modify Talent Management modules in the HCM system (Recruiting, Reporting, Performance, Learning, Dashboards) and manage change requests.
• Lead new‑hire and onboarding administration/orientation for the Talent Acquisition team.
• Build workflows and data reports to support talent processes and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze workflow effectiveness, resolve issues, and communicate changes to the team.
• Provide weekly, monthly, annual, and ad‑hoc reports; present findings and recommendations to the VP Talent & Culture and other stakeholders.
• Validate data accuracy through day‑to‑day checks and partnerships with team members.
• Design and deliver user training and hands‑on support for SMEs and employees.
• Act as primary contact for internal/external audit requests; conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity.
• Maintain audit processes, including system, resources, timeframes, and functional specifics.
• Serve as main point of contact for system reporting.
• Support L&D team and VP of Talent & Culture in planning, developing, and implementing training programs.
• Manage and maintain Crestron’s HCM Learning module (configuration, course creation, troubleshooting, user support, reporting).
• Act as “Super User” for identified systems.

Requirements

We are looking for a polished, proactive Talent Specialist, HR Data & Learning to support the Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams. The role involves streamlining administrative processes, increasing efficiency, and driving talent initiatives while fostering our close‑knit, collaborative corporate culture.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field.
• 3‑5 years of HR experience with HCM system administration.
• Experience with Dayforce Talent Management modules (preferred).
• SHRM‑CP certification (preferred).
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Adaptable, flexible, proactive, and effective team player in a rapidly changing environment.
• Willingness to work a flexible/variable schedule.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in HCM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; deep technical understanding of at least one commercial HCM product.
