Description

Reading and understanding the package contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health and safety measures, together with any associated updates.
Ensuring contractors comply with contract standards and specifications through observation, measurements, testing, and tracking quality assurance progress.
Maintaining daily records of contractor manpower and equipment resources.
Undertaking site supervision and inspections as required or instructed by the Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer.
Documenting contractor personnel, equipment, activities, locations, reasons, and methods in assigned areas.
Reporting on material deliveries and implementing site instructions, applying all quality controls and procedures.
Following up on and implementing any site instructions from the leader.
Preparing site measurements and surveying checks needed by the leader.
Monitoring conformance to quality, performance, and code requirements through inspection duties.
Monitoring health and safety of construction works and reporting violations.
