The Manager, Business Transformation & Change Management (Workforce Analytics) will lead the Workforce Analytics & Insights team and drive the implementation of the city’s HR Business Intelligence Strategy. This strategic position partners with the Project Director to align transformation initiatives, analytics modernization and future service delivery. The manager will also collaborate with the Technology Services Division and other corporate partners to ensure secure, scalable, integrated workforce analytics solutions.
The role is responsible for steering transformation projects, developing advanced analytics platforms and workforce reporting, overseeing change‑management strategies, managing inter‑divisional partnerships, and promoting continuous improvement and innovation in workforce analytics.
Successful candidates will hold a degree in Business or Public Administration (or equivalent experience), possess extensive experience leading large‑scale business transformation, and demonstrate expertise in process reengineering, data analytics and systems integration. Experience with HCM solutions such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday or PeopleSoft, strong leadership and relationship‑building skills, and a commitment to equity, diversity and respectful workplaces are also required.
