VAT Manager/ Senior Manager (Remote)

Description

• Provide expert guidance on VAT-related issues, including cross-border transactions, partial exemptions, and complex VAT structures
• Lead and manage VAT advisory and compliance services for a diverse portfolio of clients
• Identify and implement VAT-saving opportunities, while minimizing risks
• Work closely with clients to ensure VAT planning, risk management, and compliance with the latest legislation
• Stay updated on VAT legislation and provide insight on the impact of changes
• Develop and mentor junior team members, helping them to achieve their career goals
• Manage VAT audits, inquiries, and disputes with HMRC

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality VAT advisory services
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail
• Must be ACA/CTA qualified with significant VAT advisory experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of UK VAT regulations
