BDM Data Center ME
Belimo
Develops innovative solutions for building automation, including HVAC systems and valves.
Grow Belimo's ME data center business via relationships and sales.
Builds personal relationships with executives, facility designers / managers, engineering managers, and procurement managers at targeted accounts in order to develop a preference for Belimo products at those accounts.
Provides a superior level of support to target accounts regardless of the sales channel they choose to use to procure Belimo products through.
Makes use of CRM to communicate target account project details to all involved Belimo personnel.
Coaches the country management teams in developing their data center's strategy and business plan and makes sure that the strategies are in line with the Marketing and Sales Strategy of EMEA
Works closely with local CRAC/CRAH Manufacturers technical personnel and develops them to expand Belimo's share of wallet
Monitors the performance of the data center business and initiates corrective actions if needed
Develops a well-defined vertical market strategy with a unique Belimo value proposition for targeted, Enterprise and Colocation Data Center owner accounts.
Delegates tasks and projects with a clear set of agreed objectives/measures of success
Assists the subsidiaries regarding the budgeting of data center business
Shares best practices and coordinate the pursuit of global data center projects with the EMEA Data Center team.
Support the EMEA Data Center team for codeveloping the 1-5-10 years growth strategy and a business plan for this market
Meets targets in accordance with the target agreement concluded with the Head of Sales Development EMEA
Frequently reviews project progress and seeks corrective actions when needed
Develops and maintain a database of all known projects in “sales funnel” and insure the appropriate Belimo team members are kept informed of project specific developments.
Develops annual revenue goals for target accounts and utilize CRM to track achievement against those goals
Works closely with Belimo team members across all sales channels to insure successful sales outcomes on projects involving targeted accounts
Can identify and describe opportunities for significant growth, considering potential benefits or gains as well as cost
Checks work of self and others against required quality standards
Becomes active and network within data center industry trade organizations in the ME.
Engages people in discussion around the business direction, conveying the organizational vision and direction
