Manage budgets, procurement, and contractor performance within the mechanical scope.
Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance programs for rotating equipment, piping systems, and associated infrastructure.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost reliability and minimise downtime.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, site standards, and industry best practices.
Partner with engineering, operations, and HSE teams to optimise plant performance and support capital projects.
Lead and mentor a team of mechanical technicians and contractors to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.

Trade or tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
