The Facilities Professional role sits within the Shared Services team and is responsible for shaping the work environments where employees collaborate and innovate. This full‑time position can be based at any of the company’s locations and reports directly to operational leaders.
In this role you will partner with operational leaders to provide updates on lease status, facility needs, and upcoming projects, while identifying and evaluating potential properties for strategic real‑estate decisions. You will work with Legal and the Facilities Manager to review leases, agreements, and financial models, and you will build and manage vendor relationships, overseeing services and invoice reviews. Daily responsibilities include processing service tickets, coordinating office moves, maintaining documentation, and traveling to support onsite projects, as well as updating building layouts, space planning, and project documentation.
We are looking for a detail‑oriented, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with confidence. Familiarity with general construction, building systems, and facility management tools, a commitment to safety and regulatory compliance, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset are essential.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, with an associate’s or bachelor’s degree considered a plus, and at least six years of experience in facilities, real‑estate, property, or construction management. Experience with CAD or BIM software is advantageous, along with strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Moderate travel and the ability to lift 40‑50 lb are required.
