As we continue to grow in Yorkshire, we are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team. You will initially be leading the commercial management of one of our high-profile schemes in the Lincolnshire region.

Strong commercial skills to maximise value recovery, cost control and cash management.
Competent in understanding financial reports and final accounts.
Capable of developing commercial site teams.
Experience of working on industrial, high rise multi-room or retail scheme projects.
Ability to form and develop relationships with client, PQS, design team and supply chain.
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a Built Environment discipline.
