Collaborate closely with other executive assistants, corporate functions, and business units to ensure alignment across the organization.
Manage complex calendars and schedules, exercising sound judgment to prioritize commitments, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely preparation of required materials.
Coordinate high-level meetings and events, ensuring agendas, minutes, and follow-ups are managed with precision and confidentiality.
Provide comprehensive and confidential executive support to the Exec's Business ensuring seamless coordination across meetings, engagements, and strategic priorities.
Oversee correspondence and ensure high-quality standards in all communications issued from the office.
Prepare and review presentations, reports, and briefing documents to support executive communications and decision-making.
Organize and coordinate domestic and international travel, including approvals, itineraries, logistics, visas, and expense reporting.
Serve as the central point of contact for the Exec, liaising effectively with senior executives, government entities, business partners, and internal teams.

Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver results under pressure.
Minimum of 7 years’ experience supporting senior executives within an international or corporate environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently across diverse stakeholders.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic and/or German is an asset.
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities with accuracy, discretion, and a proactive mindset.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams); experience with SAP is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification from a reputable institution.
