Regional General Manager

Overview

Oversee regional branch operations, project management, and team performance for home improvements.

Tasks

-Evaluate and monitor performance and quality standards of sub-contractors. -Oversee and perform, if necessary, measures, breakouts and order materials accordingly. -Ensure that safety standards are reviewed and implemented. -Oversee training of proper installation procedures for all of company products. -Recruit, hire, and train teams based on capacity needs. -Maintain a rolling 30-day installation schedule. -Meet with customers to review difficult and/or complicated jobs or to solve difficult service problems. -Responsible for job profitability, job costing, budgeting, etc. -Oversee implementation of our customer satisfaction process. -Oversee performance of the teams and train them on proper procedures.

What You Bring

-P&L responsibility preferred. -Minimum of 5 years’ experience in general management, preferably in the remodeling or residential construction industry. -Strong organizational, communication and leadership skills. -Excellent customer relations and problem-solving skills are required. -Experienced in team building and management preferred. -Experience in dealing with multiple trades and sub-contractors. -Must be competent in the use of technology, experience with MS Excel a plus. -Job and project management utilizing our in-house CRM system
