Attend job fairs, community events, and workforce programs to promote career opportunities.
Build strong relationships with field employees, foremen, and supervisors to understand staffing needs.
Partner with HR to support onboarding, new hire orientations, and workforce integration.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations during recruitment processes.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
Manage full-cycle recruiting for field positions including electricians, apprentices, and skilled labor.
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide hiring reports as needed.
Conduct candidate screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate hiring decisions with hiring managers.
Source candidates through job boards, referrals, community outreach, trade schools, and industry networks.

Strong knowledge of field recruiting, sourcing strategies and workforce engagement
Must be bilingual- fluent in English and Spanish (both oral and written)
2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in the construction, electrical, skill trades industry OR if you have hands-on electrical experience who's interested in pivoting to a recruiter role
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and previous ATS experience
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and manage multiple priorities
