- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues, including Active Directory objects and email profiles.
- Support imaging, deployment, maintenance, and upgrade of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers.
- Provide troubleshooting, technical support, and guidance to local and remote users using IT tools.
- Foster positive relationships with users by delivering professional and effective support.
- Collaborate with technical teams and end users to implement systems aligned with industry’s best practices and business objectives.
- Develop and maintain end-user support documentation and process guides.
- Troubleshoot issues related to active directory objects including security settings and email profiles.
- Maintain high level of Attention to detail when documenting and tracking service requests in the internal ticketing system, ensuring compliance with department SLAs.

- Acquiring or pursuing an associate degree in Information Technology-related specialty or IT related certifications and equivalent experience.
- Familiar with the following systems or applications: Active Directory, Microsoft O365 Exchange, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft O365 Applications and Microsoft Edge Browser. Additional desired skills include knowledge of Apple iMac, and Apple iPhone technical support.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong Customer Service orientation and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Microsoft Active Directory environment or in a related area.
