Description

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and system issues, including Active Directory objects and email profiles.
• Support imaging, deployment, maintenance, and upgrade of laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and printers.
• Provide troubleshooting, technical support, and guidance to local and remote users using IT tools.
• Foster positive relationships with users by delivering professional and effective support.
• Collaborate with technical teams and end users to implement systems aligned with industry’s best practices and business objectives.
• Develop and maintain end-user support documentation and process guides.
• Troubleshoot issues related to active directory objects including security settings and email profiles.
• Maintain high level of Attention to detail when documenting and tracking service requests in the internal ticketing system, ensuring compliance with department SLAs.

Requirements

• Acquiring or pursuing an associate degree in Information Technology-related specialty or IT related certifications and equivalent experience.
• Familiar with the following systems or applications: Active Directory, Microsoft O365 Exchange, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft O365 Applications and Microsoft Edge Browser. Additional desired skills include knowledge of Apple iMac, and Apple iPhone technical support.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong Customer Service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Microsoft Active Directory environment or in a related area.
