Manage municipal water and wastewater projects including water source, distribution, storage and treatment, and wastewater collection, pumping and treatment along with treated water reuse.
Ensure project requirements and deliverables are met on time and within budget.
Mentor, train, and develop junior staff.
Supervise preparation of technical drawings, specifications, and bid packages.
Oversee project budget, schedule, execution, and quality control across all phases.
Oversee technical planning, design, construction administration, and project management of water and wastewater projects.
Maintain effective communications with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
Apply advanced engineering principles to solve complex project challenges.
Facilitate project proposals, interviews, and presentations, working with our Marketing staff.

Technical competence and familiarity with local, state, and federal regulations and funding processes.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
Previous team leadership experience, including management of direct reports.

Ability to build strong relationships with coworkers and collaborate effectively.
