You’ll be the go-to person for administration and office support, coordinating meetings, managing logistics, assisting with travel and ensuring Kokoda’s headquarters reflect our values of quality, professionalism and excellence.
As part of this growth, we’re seeking an Office & Administration Coordinator to support the Executive Business Manager and contribute to the smooth running of our Cremorne head office.
You’ll work closely with the Executive Business Manager to support the Managing Director, while providing day-to-day operational support across the broader team. No two days will be the same, administration assistance and event coordination, to supplier management and presentation oversight.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Business Manager and Managing Director.
- Support company events, team celebrations and internal initiatives.
- Maintain office presentation standards, ensuring a seamless and professional environment.
- Assist with onboarding logistics for new starters.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, correspondence and reports.
- Manage supplies, couriers, mail and supplier coordination.
- Provide general administrative support across teams and help keep operations running smoothly.

- Tech savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills.
