Maintains and updates log of emergency phone numbers and resident
Receives and processes mail for the community
Monitors security alarms, resident emergency call system, and front door
Answers and screens all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
Schedules Concierge Team Members to ensure appropriate front desk coverage
Assists the Business Office Manager in administrative tasks as assigned, such
Ensures appropriate office supplies are on hand
Coordinates maintenance of all office equipment
Assists the Business Office Manager and Executive Director with special projects
Assist credit card users (Executive Director, Sales Director and Life Enrichment
Ensures compliance with all Federal, State, and local regulations, as well as
Assigns daily tasks and ensure completion of tasks
Orders and maintains appropriate office supplies

Requirements

Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office (Windows, Outlook, Excel) with the ability to learn new applications
FSA (Commuter/Parking)
High school diploma preferred
Experience working with the senior population
