Equipment (PPE) while maintaining equipment (Lock Out/Tag Out, Arc Flash, etc.), and ensure a safe work environment by eliminating potential equipment safety hazards.
Repairs and installs the control systems to help improve the safety and productivity.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the plant.
Participates in the creation and implementation of training programs for other maintenance employees or operators when changes or new control systems are implemented.
Organized and responsible for maintaining the documentation of jobs assigned and ensures accuracy in the information.
Works with vendors and consultants to troubleshoot and repair electrical and control related issues.
Assists in keeping inventory levels organized and accurate. Gathers information for new and/or existing equipment.
Communicates with operators and works with team to assist with solutions or repair.
Cleans, lubricates, and calibrate equipment as needed.
Maintains and performs troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical aspects of mills on site, including conveyor systems, press breaks, printer, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic Systems.
Adjust, reset, repair, or replace adjustable components (belts, chains, cables) and wearing components (guides, bearings, wheels, rollers, pulleys)
