Focus on business development of Hilti software & services in a defined geographic area among current and prospective customers.
Analyze sales results, review customer fact base, identify key trades and customer potential to develop tactical sales strategy.
Maintain knowledge of assigned product portfolio and related services (i.e. Fleet, LTS, etc.)
Present customer‐specific solutions with sales management team to decision maker.
Collaborate with sales leadership team.
Steer pipeline management in sales process in collaboration with the sales team and support the execution of process from lead generation to contract closing.
Facilitate startup as well as ongoing training for new and existing customers.
Assist with training of new field specialists and assist with launch readiness in their MSA.
Visit construction jobsites and offices to demonstrate Hilti's value proposition to key stakeholders within customer’s organization.
Prepare assigned region(s) and local sales teams for product and service launches and upgrades.
Building the competence for solution selling in collaboration with the sales leadership team.
Coordinate efforts of entire team of Account Managers, Regional Managers, Division Managers, and marketing team members with a goal of improving market reach of Hilti software & services.
Support customers after contract signing, through the implementation, training, and ongoing usage of ON!Track and Fleet Management solutions.
Provide sales organization with product expertise and support resources.
With a Consultative approach, will conduct onsite analysis for ON!Track and coordinate Tool Park Analysis, including developing customer‐specific optimized solutions.
Plan and participate in trade shows and other industry events.
Communicate with customers to identify new market opportunities relevant to local market.

Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required
Minimum of three (3) years consultative selling, specifically to c-suite executives, required

Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment: Marketing, Sales, and other corporate team members
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High level of entrepreneurship and presentation skills
Willingness to travel up to 50% during first 2 months of training
