In this role you will partner with operational leaders to guide smart facility decisions, from identifying new locations and reviewing leases to managing vendors and overseeing day‑to‑day building operations. Your efforts will directly influence workplace efficiency, comfort, and functionality, supporting the company's growth and operational success.
- Communicate and collaborate with operational leaders to provide clear updates on lease status, facility needs, and upcoming projects.
- Identify and evaluate potential properties to support strategic real‑estate decisions.
- Review leases, agreements, and financial models with Legal and the Facilities Manager.
- Build and manage strong vendor relationships, oversee services, review invoices, and ensure high‑quality support.
- Process service tickets, coordinate office moves, maintain documentation, and travel to assist with onsite projects.
- Review and update building layouts, space planning, and project documentation.

A safety‑first mindset, proactive problem solving, adaptability, and the ability to travel and lift up to 50 lb are essential.
- Minimum six years of experience in facilities, real estate, property management, or construction management.
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree considered a plus.
- Proficiency with CAD or BIM software for space planning (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- General understanding of lease agreements, property evaluation, and compliance standards (plus).
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Willingness to travel moderately.
- Ability to lift and carry 40–50 lb as needed.
