Support T&D staff in relation to Earthing and LV Service Position related inquiries, including providing support to the Earthing Steering Group (including HV & LV sub-groups) and LV Asset Stewardship Group.
Represent SPEN interests at external national and industry bodies such as ENA, National Grid, BSI, CIGRE and the IET.
Asset Failure Investigation and reporting.
Actively engage with T&D equipment suppliers through engineering specification development, tendering processes and the approval of system assets.
Participate and lead, as required, in Iberdrola global working groups such as INS and best practice forums.
Lead communication with wider business stakeholders on the introduction of new plant, specifications and processes.
Perform all duties with a strong emphasis on health, safety, quality and environmental matters.
Maintain an awareness of advances in technology, equipment and best practice and steer sustainable, innovative solutions across the Iberdrola Group.
Earthing at all voltage levels across T&D.
Lead the preparation of Earthing and LV technical specifications and guidance to ensure SPEN are compliant with statutory legislation.
