As an In-Home Mitigation Sales Specialist, you will determine the scope of work to aid homeowners in their time of need. Our customer service team pre-screens, pre-qualifies and sets up appointments with customers for the Sales Representative with the help of our dispatch department.
- Meet with homeowners for in-home appointments (qualified leads are provided for you so no cold calling is needed)
- Provide solutions to homeowners in their time of need by quickly building trust and showing empathy
- Communicate job status with customers, company management, and insurance carriers
- Communicate with Insurance Companies as needed
- Evaluate job scope using moisture meters and other technology
- Get work authorization signed while onsite by providing honest consultations and following our steps
- Process all documentation and ensure it is completed promptly

This position requires no cold calling but high sales techniques to complete the “one visit close” in-home appointments.
- Computer skills are required with the ability to learn new systems
- Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software
- Basic Math
- Must be able to work overtime as needed, some holidays, and weather-related surge events
- Valid driver’s license and successful clearance of a background/drug test
- 3+ years of outside sales experience
- Must have strong communication skills
