Retail Merchandisers serve as a bridge between Footprint Solutions and its retail partners, managing product displays and ensuring brand standards. Responsibilities include implementing plan‑ogram updates, stocking shelves, conducting surveys and audits, assisting with store remodels, and tagging products with security materials across a predetermined territory.
Merchandisers report directly to a District Manager but operate independently at retailer locations, often servicing multiple stores on a recurring schedule. This role requires reliable travel within the assigned area and timely reporting of store visits.
Successful candidates demonstrate strong communication skills, independent problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities. Preference is given to those comfortable with smartphone technology, self‑motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing time, travel expenses, and remote scheduling. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and uphold high ethical standards.
The position demands physical activity, including reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking, and lifting up to 40 lb. Ability to meet these demands is essential for daily tasks.
