Participates in the development and revision of policies and procedures related to clinical systems and informatics.
Leads and participates in readiness assessments, system configuration, testing, go-live support, and ongoing optimization of EMR and related systems.
Troubleshoots and resolves user issues, escalating to technical teams or vendors as needed.
Supports change management efforts and champions adoption of new technologies.
Serves as a liaison between clinical staff, IT, and vendors to ensure technology solutions meet clinical needs and regulatory requirements.
Provides subject matter expertise on clinical workflows, documentation standards, and best practices in health informatics.
Audits and analyzes EMR usage to identify gaps, ensure data quality, and support process improvement initiatives.
Develops and delivers end-user training and educational materials for clinical applications.

Experience with EMR implementation, support, or optimization preferred.
Graduate from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is required. Master’s degree in Nursing Informatics or related field preferred.
Certification in Nursing Informatics (e.g., ANCC) preferred.
Maintains current knowledge of clinical practice, informatics trends, and regulatory requirements.
Must possess current, active licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of employment or a nursing compact state.
Domestic U. S. travel may be required.
3+ years of clinical nursing experience required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.
Strong analytical, communication, and training skills are required.
