As a Fire Safety Project Manager (External Wall Systems) at Hyde, you will play a vital role in delivering large-scale fire safety projects across our housing portfolio. You’ll be responsible for ensuring projects are well-planned, delivered to the highest compliance standards, and completed on time and within budget. Working with contractors, consultants, colleagues, and residents, you’ll help to ensure our homes remain safe while supporting funding applications for essential fire safety improvements.

Act as a key point of contact for residents, ensuring communication is clear and considerate.
Manage the delivery of major fire safety projects from initial surveys through to completion.
Work closely with contractors, consultants, and colleagues to ensure projects run efficiently.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and compliance, mitigating any risks or variances.
Support funding applications and reporting by providing accurate technical and financial information.
