- 🧰 Protection: Install bracing, padding, or strapping to prevent damage during transport.
- 🏗️ Equipment Operation: Safely load and unload extrusion racks using an overhead crane, completing system transactions accurately.
- 🦺 Safety & Quality: Follow required safety procedures and use PPE to safeguard yourself and others. Identify quality issues and report them promptly.
- 📦 Organization: Sort cargo before loading and unloading; stack materials in proper locations using pallets or cargo boards.
- 🏷️ Labeling: Attach identifying tags or mark containers with accurate information.
- 🪟 Material Identification: Read and interpret extrusion labels; correctly identify extrusions, glass, and other materials in assigned areas.
- 🚚 Material Handling: Move freight, stock, and materials to and from storage, production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, or containers using hand tools or equipment.
- 📲 System Transactions: Perform accurate transactions with handheld scanners or computer terminals with 100% accuracy.
- 📝 Documentation: Record unit counts and movements using daily production sheets or work tickets.
- 📋 Work Orders: Read instructions or receive verbal assignments to determine tasks and equipment needs.

- 🗣️ Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- ⏱️ Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
- 🔁 Frequent repetitive hand, foot, head, and neck movements.
- 📦 Frequent lifting and carrying up to 90 lbs.
- 📐 Knowledge of regulations and ability to maintain full compliance.
- 🥽 Steel-toe safety shoes, ear and eye protection, and PPE required at all times.
- 🔄 Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, walking, overhead reaching, pushing, and pulling up to 100 lbs.
- ❄️ Exposure to variable temperatures, dust, and noise.
- 🏭 Ability to optimize material handling processes while ensuring quality standards are met.
- 📦 Material handling and/or warehouse experience preferred.
- 🚶 Constant standing or sitting up to 10–12 hours (when operating a forklift).
- 🦺 Certified forklift operator preferred.
