Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in digital delivery and innovation.
Coordinate and manage model federation, clash detection, and resolution processes.
Lead and support the implementation of VDC methodologies across civil engineering projects.
Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure digital workflows are aligned with project goals.
Develop and manage 3D/4D/5D models using BIM and other digital tools to support design, planning, and construction.
Assist in the development of digital twins and integration with asset management systems.

Degree or equivalent qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction, Digital Engineering, or related field.
(Desirable) Experience in digital transformation initiatives within Civil Engineering.
Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D, Synchro, Bentley OpenRoads). 3DSMax, desirable
Strong understanding of construction sequencing, planning, and cost estimation using digital tools.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
(Desirable) Knowledge of Power BI, Python, or other data analytics tools.
(Desirable) Experience with GIS integration, reality capture, or IoT technologies.
Proven experience in VDC implementation within civil infrastructure projects.
(Desirable) Certification in BIM or VDC (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, VDC Certificate).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
Familiarity with ISO 19650 standards and digital project delivery frameworks.
