  • Collaborating with stakeholders including Product & Release Managers, Scrum Masters, Architects, Development, QA teams, and other dependent R&D projects.
  • Continuously refining features, user stories, and enablers with clear acceptance criteria and socialize them with development teams.
  • Coordinating development tasks and content planning across international teams in Germany, USA, and India.
  • Reviewing and approving system architecture decisions.
  • Participating in Program Increment (PI) planning, Release Management, and Change Management processes.
  • Ensure maximum customer benefit through early feedback loops and continuous collaboration with all stakeholders.
  • Owning and managing a prioritized product backlog for Scrum teams based on customer value.
  • Working with Product Managers to convert business requirements into software features and service enhancements.
  • Collaborate with global software development teams with decades of technical and domain expertise.
  • Working closely with Product Management and Sales to identify and evaluate new market opportunities.
  • Influencing the full product lifecycle from ideation to market launch, ensuring competitive advantage and commercial success.

  • Holding a B.E. / B.Tech / M.Sc. / MCA in Computer Science / Information Technology.
  • Ability to empathize with end-users, analyze requirements, and drive feature delivery with development teams.
  • Fluency in English and ability to work in an international environment.
  • Understanding of cloud architecture and technical discussions.
  • 8–12 years of IT software product development experience, with at least 3 recent years as a Product Owner in Agile software development, preferably in the Energy Management in Buildings domain.
  • Familiarity with Product Lifecycle Management tools such as Jira, IBM Jazz.
  • Product Owner certification.
  • Experience in Energy & Sustainability solutions domain.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based software services.
  • Proven experience in international multi-site collaboration, including working with remote teams.
