Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
4+ years leading data center/mission-critical builds preferred.
Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering.
Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, and/or CMiC.
Ability to travel and work on active construction sites.
7+ years of experience in commercial construction project management (general contractor preferred).
