- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development of improved processes, procedures, and standards.
- On-call Support: Provide after-hours support on a rostered basis.

- Middleware platform - Experience in WebLogic administration of mission critical systems Oracle Fusion suite (highly desirable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Database Management - Experienced with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server RDBMS.
- Service Management- Experience in ITSM tools, ServiceNow, JIRA and Confluence
- Integration & APIs - Hands-on experience with API Management platform.
- Managed File Transfers (MFT), workload automation and CICD pipeline experience (advantageous)
- CRM Systems - Skilled in managing and supporting Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing platforms or Salesforce administration
- Cloud Applications - Familiar with AWS web services and custom Lambda applications.

- Able to remain composed and effectively manage challenges as they arise.
