  • Service Management- Experience in ITSM tools, ServiceNow, JIRA and Confluence
  • Integration & APIs - Hands-on experience with API Management platform.
  • Managed File Transfers (MFT), workload automation and CICD pipeline experience (advantageous)
  • CRM Systems - Skilled in managing and supporting Oracle Utilities Customer Care & Billing platforms or Salesforce administration
  • Cloud Applications - Familiar with AWS web services and custom Lambda applications.

  • Operating Systems & Networking - Proficient in Unix and Microsoft client/server environments.
  • Able to remain composed and effectively manage challenges as they arise.
  • Monitoring - Experience in Splunk, Oracle Enterprise Monitoring or equivalent APM tools.
