Control Panel Assembler

Description

• Assemble control panels per specifications and schematics.
• Perform electrical wiring, ensuring secure and safe connections.
• Work with components such as DIN rails, PLCs, VFD drives, motors, fuses, relays, power supplies, and related hardware.
• Execute layout tasks including punching, drilling, tapping, routing, labeling, cable termination, and crimping.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and machining equipment for assembly work.
• Test completed panels for functionality and troubleshoot any issues.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to improve assembly processes.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Apply proper electrical wiring practices and safety protocols.

Requirements

WET is hiring a Control Panel Assembly Technician to assemble, wire, and test control panels for various applications. The role requires a solid understanding of electrical schematics and proficiency with hand, power, and machining tools to ensure products meet high‑quality standards.

• Read and interpret electrical schematics accurately.
• Demonstrate attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality workmanship.
• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
