This is a full-time, on-site role located in Fremont, CA. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining indoor and outdoor commercial spaces. Daily responsibilities include selecting and installing plants, flowers, and decorative elements, maintaining client spaces to ensure high standards, collaborating with team members to develop innovative solutions, and fostering strong client relationships by providing exceptional service.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently with attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality results
• Relevant certifications or education in horticulture, design, or a related field are advantageous
• Strong understanding of plant care, maintenance, and horticulture practices
• Proven communication and customer service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Experience working with holiday décor, floral arrangements, and sensory marketing solutions is a plus
• Fluency in design concepts and the ability to implement creative interior and exterior landscaping solutions
