Sales Negotiator

Description

• Keep internal systems and admin records up to date
• Register new buyers and sellers, assess their needs, and guide them through the process
• Progress sales from offer through to exchange and completion
• Arrange and conduct property viewings
• Market and advertise properties across platforms
• Liaise with vendors, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders
• Negotiate and agree property sales

Requirements

• 2+ years of estate agency experience or equivalent(training will be limited so keen to ensure the person coming into the role has relevant experience to hit the ground running)
• Respond to phone and email enquiries quickly and professionally
• Strong background in customer service
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills
• Full UK driving licence required as you will conduct property viewings
• Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
