Prepare and validate payroll variance reports for management review.
Lead and mentor a team comprising an Assistant Manager, Executives, and Specialists.
Responsible for leading HR Shared Services with a strong focus on UAE Payroll operations. The role ensures payroll accuracy, compliance with UAE Labour Law, audit readiness, and effective management of large workforce volumes.
Conduct weekly payroll checks and maintain data integrity.
Drive HR system utilization and continuous process improvements.
Prepare and submit payroll observation reports with insights and recommendations.
Review and validate attendance and leave records on a weekly basis.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and internal audit standards.
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Systematic and target-oriented, with flexibility in managing work timings.
Proficiency in SAP / SaaS-based payroll systems.
Willingness to work in UAE shift timings as per business requirements.
Ability to manage high employee volumes efficiently.
Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and statutory regulations.
Demonstrated team management and leadership experience.
Sound knowledge of HR, Payroll, and Finance processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Proven experience in Shared Services with specialization in UAE Payroll.
