The Manager, Installation leads the profitable execution and delivery of installation services within a defined geography. This role oversees the installation P&L, coordinates project procurement, scheduling, and manpower forecasting, and ensures stakeholder communication and customer satisfaction.
- Manage Installation P&L and ensure project profitability
- Oversee procurement, permits, supplies and schedule coordination
- Forecast manpower requirements and monitor job performance
- Maintain open communication with stakeholders and meet customer expectations
- Resolve issues promptly and maintain accurate inventory records
- Recruit, onboard, train, and provide performance feedback to Installation teams
- Enforce safety policies, PPE usage, and compliance with regulations
- Develop and sustain relationships with customers, GCs, and subcontractors
- Utilize metrics to drive accountability and track performance
- May oversee third‑party resources as needed
- Provide excellent customer service and proactively address issues
- Understand and enforce jobsite safety practices and regulatory compliance

- Hold at least a high school diploma/GED; trade program or college degree is a plus
- Possess 5+ years of people management experience, preferably with subcontractors
- Bring 10+ years of commercial construction or related industry experience
- Demonstrate strong leadership, coaching, and team‑building abilities
- Show proficiency in P&L management, cost forecasting and labor estimation
- Communicate effectively verbally, in writing, and through presentations
- Be proficient with ERP, work order/dispatch software, and standard office tools
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record
