This is a client-facing leadership role for someone who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll lead a room in winning work, building relationships, and delivering projects from pre-construction through to completion.
Represent the business confidently in client meetings and industry events someone who can “own the room.”
Lead and manage fit out and design & build projects up to £15 million.
Manage budgets, programmes, and risk while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
Coordinate design, procurement, and delivery teams to ensure projects are completed to the highest standard.
Take ownership of client relationships and act as the main point of contact throughout project lifecycle.
Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and high performing culture.
Drive work-winning activities from tender presentations to developing repeat business.
